MHGE is committed to providing premier customer service. Our policy is as follows: cancellation requests received will result in partial refunds based on program, lesson or membership program cancellation policy. Requests received 72 hours in advance will receive a full (100%) refund, within 48 hours in advance a fifty (50%) refund of the fee or program, and within 48 hours zero percent (0%) refund of fee or program.
